Methods-time measurement

To get significant improvements in the efficiency of labour-intensive activities, methods-time measurement analysis still represents a landmark in any field and for any business activity, even in automated processes. Our experts have meaningful experiences in such a methodology and during last years they have been applying it to the distributive logistics sector, for which we are sure that warehouses and retail networks have become the Third Millennium factories. We’ve composed a unit that thanks to education, skills and experiences, provides an excellent service to Customers.

Our challenges

Analysis methodology

Once macro-processes are identified, also recurring to the Lean Production ratios, we make technical time surveys to compare the actual performance to “standard times” that, once related to specific coefficient/ratio, will provide the esteem of the time required for the issued activity.

Improvement interventions

The analysis activity allows to find and detail solutions for improving processes whose implementation will be made beside the Customers and involving them.

Seamless improvement

Kaizen methodology was born in the '50s thanks to Japanese manufacturing efforts to improve product quality. Our distinctive approach relies on intense people involvement through direct field actions in order to create favourable conditions to change and through a skilled monitoring of the actions that have been introduced.
